1.Participate in the Project Planning process - Coordinate staff, contractors, and materials to meet scheduled milestones on projects.

2. Supervise internal staff and monitor subcontractors to ensure safety and technical specifications are met.

3. Make sure projects are completed on time and on budget.

4. Facilitate the purchase and delivery of Monitor inventory and supplies.

5. Gather and analyze data to make cost and schedule estimates.

6. Must have strong know how in Foundation and Structural works.

Job Opportunity: Project Engineer (Thrissur)

Bhagyalakshmi Builders is seeking an experienced Project Engineer based in Thrissur/Palakkad to lead the construction of multiple multistory buildings at our upcoming project in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution, oversee all aspects of the project, and ensure timely completion of both structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the concurrent construction of multistory buildings.

Coordinate with teams to ensure timely progress and quality assurance.

Manage resources efficiently for smooth project execution.

Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Must be based in Thrissur or Palakkad.

Minimum 7 years experience in construction of multistoried building.

Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Candidate profile:

Diploma/B Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years' experience in end to end Project/site supervision of commercial or multi storied buildings.

Must be strong self-starters and have a growing knowledge of the building laws and regulations.

Should be willing to travel between projects and should have good communication skills.

Must have two wheeler.
