Job Description

Immediate Requirement for Project Engineers having 1+ years of experience in project execution.

Expectations:

1. Understanding client requirements & prepare deliverables.

2. Prioritising and organising project tasks into the required timeline.

3. Ensuring the project timely completion of project while maintaining the safety & health report.

4. Identifying problems with the project, taking the lead on developing solutions and ensuring

solutions are implemented.

5. Running regular team meetings and maintaining team activity and morale.

6. Initiating site activities upon approvals from client.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning & scheduling the project activities and monitor the assigned projects.

2. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

3. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements.

4. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, performance) and report regularly on project status.

5. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.

6. Communicate effectively with project Manager/head and other stake holders at site to provide assistance, technical support and timely delivery at site.

7. Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

8. Handling all documentation related to the Project Invoicing, Progress report, Material related documents and other documentation.

9. Coordinating with drawing department for the design.

10. Planning & controlling manpower and material for project execution.

Requirements:

1. knowledge on AutoCAD, MS Office, PMP

2. Familiarity with statutory forms, rules, regulations, best practices & performance standards.

3. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects

4. Project management(Manpower/Time/Site Budget) and supervision skills

5. Knowledge of safety norms and implementing at site.

6. Knowledge of schedules, BOQ, BBS, official letter drafting

Desired Candidate:

1. Proven working experience as a project engineer

2. B Tech/B.E in Chemical Engineering

3. Candidates from B-Tech/B.E Mechanical engineering they should have min 3 years of experience in handling project(Supervisor Role is not preferable)

4. Candidate should be willing to travel across India.

5 Should have knowledge /Exp in project execution .

6. Prospective Candidate should know Hindi apart from English.
