MissionAs a project engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative aftermarket products that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our global installed base. You will drive the product life cycle for drives, from feasibility to final implementation, ensuring that our service offerings align with the latest technological advancements and meet the needs of our customers worldwide.Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Product Development: Take ownership of new aftermarket products, including upgrade kits to integrate the latest frequency drives and energy-efficient motors.
• Product Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire product life cycle, ensuring global availability and efficient adoption across different regions.
• Project Ownership: Manage the full process from feasibility studies, design, development, and testing to the final implementation of products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and purchasing, as well as external suppliers and global counterparts, particularly in Belgium, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Continuous Innovation: Drive innovation by implementing solutions that increase product efficiency and reliability, aligning with the company\'s technological and environmental goals.
• Global Product Deployment: Facilitate the integration of products into local designs across our worldwide product companies.

To succeed, you will need * Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Master\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related field would be added advantage.

Experience * 3-5 years of professional experience in product development, with a focus on electrical engineering or related domains.

• Experience with frequency drives, especially NEOS frequency drives, is an advantage.
