Job Title: Project Engineer (Civil) - Commercial Project
Location: Ghatkopar East Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer (Civil) will oversee technical aspects of a commercial construction project, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery. This includes coordinating with teams, managing on-site construction, and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in project scheduling, scope definition, and team collaboration.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with plans and safety protocols.
• Budget Management: Monitor costs, manage change orders, and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Quality Control: Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on project progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with contractors, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 10 years in civil engineering, preferably in commercial construction.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
• Certifications: PMP or LEED is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily on-site work with potential for extended hours depending on project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
