Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (experience of 2-4 years) to oversee and manage civil engineering projects at our site locations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the project team, ensure adherence to engineering standards, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Execution :
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Site Supervision :
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report deviations to the Project Manager.
• Technical Support :
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with design and surveying teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, material submittals, and drawings.
• Prepare daily and weekly site activity reports for management.
• Quality Assurance and Control :
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Implement corrective actions to address non-conformance issues.
• Health and Safety Compliance :
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in civil engineering site work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
