Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, roads, bridges, and other structures to identify and address defects or deterioration.

• Prepare detailed reports on the condition of assets and recommend maintenance activities.

Repair & Rehabilitation

• Develop and execute maintenance and repair schedules.

• Supervise and coordinate on-site repair activities, including structural reinforcements, concrete patching, and other civil works.

Project Management

• Plan and manage maintenance projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence.

• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, environmental standards, and safety regulations.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

Cost Control & Optimization

• Estimate costs for maintenance and repair projects.

• Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.

Team Coordination

• Train and supervise maintenance personnel.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 3xe2x80x937 years of experience in civil maintenance or related roles.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design principles.

• Knowledge of materials, repair methods, and modern construction techniques.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SAP, or other engineering software.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
