Job Description

:
1. Preparation of Project Schedules and Reports.
2. Daily, weekly and monthly planning.
3. Coordinate with various departments like design, procurement, fabrication, and QA/QC activities.
4. Deal with clients for all technical and commercial aspects.
5. Deal with the fabricator on day-to-day activities.
6. Maintaining project reports and documents for periodic management review and client submissions.
7. Maintaining the drawings/documents submission list and schedule with the help of DCC.
8. Resolve problems by providing technical solutions to fabrication/manufacturing in the workshop.
9. Dealing with sub-vendors to get the project completed.
10. Follow up on payments with the customer.
11. Coordinate with the procurement department for all materials on the project within the budget allocated and within the schedule.
12. Logistics coordination with freight forwarders for International Cargo.
13. Help prepare Material requisitions for project-related materials so that the procurement department can finalize orders.
14. Fully understand the requirements of the contract quality management system and ensure these requirements are met on all Engineering work completed on the project.
15. Capable of providing direction, guidance and support to team members and managing team workload.
16. Coordination with client and finance department to submit & follow up the agreed milestones payments on the projects.
17. Checking of related drawings and documents as per scope of work 18. Coordinate with the document controller on document deliverables transactions to ensure the smooth flow of documents and close-out of Engineering deliverables.
19. Successful completion of the project within agreed schedule, within budget and as per agreed quality system.
