Hiring for Instrumentation/Automation/CSV Project Engineer for Bangalore LocationB.E. Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Automation5 to 7 years of experience in multinational pharma/biopharma companies with hands on experience in maintaining Process & Plant automation, engineering control systems, engineering compliance. Experience in trouble shooting for automation and control systems, front-ending maintenance.Drive Upgradation/ Modification of Automation(DCS/PLC/SCADA/BMS) Projects & CSV/CSA Systems.Good in Documentation & Engineering Practice.Prepare & Execution of documents like CC,URS,DQ (based on DS),FAT,SAT,IQ,OQ & PQ through eVLMS (Valgensis) with-in-timelineEnsure best in class design is implementation to deliver a safe and productive environmentManage a project schedule and report back to the Project Manager/HOD I&A on the progress of execution.Understanding of Liquid and Lyophilized Drug Product (DP) Manufacturing processes and related instrumentation/automation that include different equipment as Batch formulation equipment, filling lines, Lyophilizers, Automatic Loading/unloading systems, Particle Monitoring Systems, GMP washer, Autoclave, Water system and other process & utilities equipments.Thorough understanding of clean rooms facility for DP manufacturing, controlled environment management, sanitary and non-sanitary utilities and building management with the controls and automation requirement.Hands-on skills in above mentioned area beyond domain expertise will be an added advantageThorough understanding on Quality Compliance Requirement and Related Documentation.Tracking the CAPAs and working for quick implementation along with client.Hands-on experience in above mentioned areas are mandatory (beyond domain expertise will be an added advantage).If you are interested or have any references, kindly drop your resume at . , or call for more information - 9109188709, 91091 88512Visit Company Website:- Hiring for Instrumentation/Automation/CSV Project Engineer for Bangalore LocationB.E.
