The role involves understanding the requirement and execution of the project ensuring the atmost safety standards and commercial closure." Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for framing the job specifications, preparing the BOQ's and Qty estimation and budget .
  • Coordination with the consultants and have execution knowledge for the civil , electrical and HVAC works .
  • Obtaining the quotations and rate analysis .
  • Reviewing and preparation of Drgs .
  • Coordination with the executing vendors and site works management.
  • Preparation of work permits and necessary cross functional approvals.
  • Ensuring the job safety adherence and follow safety protocols by the workmen at the site.
  • Site works supervision , progress review and preparation of progress schedules.
  • Conducting the site work progress review meetings and preparation of minutes.
  • Coordinating the statutory Bldg permissions and approvals.
  • Site measurement verification and certification of vendor bills .
  • Preparation of RA bill statements and BOQ amendments for the exceeding qty's and NT items .
  • Identification and Preparation of rate analysis for the NT items .
  • Preparation of snags list , project & commercial closure .
  • Preparation of handing over documents .
QualificationsEducational QualificationA Bachelor's degree, in CIVIL Engineering , preferably with execution knowledge in Civil & Interior works , Electrical , HVAC , PHE , Fire fighting , Landscaping works .Minimum Work Experience8 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industrySkills & Attributes Technical Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Civil Engg and works .Man management , Vendor management , communication skilles .
  • Familiarity with compliance governance, safety systems, and the ability to ensure project activities align with benchmarks and standards.
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD , MS OFFICE and SAP operating knowledge .
  • Experience in identifying and engaging suitable service providers, ensuring uninterrupted services at the facility.
  • Knowledge of implementing and enforcing facility safety guidelines, asset security, and workmen safety protocols.
Behavioural Skills
  • Strong leadership skills to provide guidance and leadership to various teams, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Emphasis on continuous focus on process development, performance enhancement, and improving operational efficiencies through best practices.
  • Effective communication skills to convey works strategy, plans, and requirements to the team and stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, including Lean teams, Talent Management, training, mentoring, and Performance Management.
