Project Handover: Ensure project handover with zero unacceptable snags.
Budget & Schedule Adherence: Ensure adherence to budget and schedule while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Local Liaison: Manage relations with local authorities, police, and neighbors.
Labor Welfare: Manage labor community living and insurance.
Cost Management
Budget Management: Oversee budget and BoQ management, overhead tracking, spend tracking, and inventory control.
Communication
Reporting: Provide regular updates, reports, and trackers.
KPIs: Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
