Project: Major projects in multiple sectors Your responsibilities will include: Leading the project at a strategic level to achieve the client\'s objectives and maintain Mace\'s values. Assessing and defining project execution plans in collaboration with the client and project delivery team. Managing the Mace project team, identifying risks and opportunities to continually develop our people, project performance and succession plans. Managing the project budget and resource allocation. Ensuring the quality assurance of the projects. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders. Monitoring project performance on key areas (safety management, risk assessment, risk management, value management), driving innovation and utilizing digital technology where applicable. Determining and assessing the need for additional staff and consultants and advising on recruitment during the project lifecycle. Identifying and growing new business opportunities for our clients and being aware of other developing opportunities within the existing commission or new commissions. About you You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering or similar industry discipline and preferably be a member of a professional body. You will have experience directing complex projects, high-rise commercial and hospitality, and managing multiple stakeholders with decisive, strong interpersonal skills. You have a strong background in construction delivery and rounded knowledge of technical, commercial and project controls and have a desire to develop a multi-cultural workforce. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
