:Job Title- Senior ORMB Engineer - Billing, VPLocation- Pune, IndiaRole DescriptionSenior ORMB Engineer designs and develops application code in response to business problems and may participate as part of a team on development related work in the Billing area.

• Develop the Pricing, Charging and Billing solutions, mainly for application sBilling which runs on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB RMB.4.X) product
• Prepare the Technical Requirement & Solutions document
• Verifies the developed source code by reviews (4-eyes principle). Software review findings must be resolved.
• Verifies integrated software components by unit and integrated software testing according to the software test plan. Software test findings must be resolved.
• Understand the product roadmap to ensure compliance
• Supports the solution design, creation of Product Training Materials, Product User Guides, and Product Deployment Instructions within the Pricing, Charging and Billing area, mainly S Billing.
• Develop the knowledge on the legacy applications on the Pricing, Charging & Billing area to support the S Billing rollout
• Works towards the maintenance and stability in Production
• Enhance and automates pain point areas of the application

Your key responsibilitiesApplication Development:

• Leads development of source code, including descriptions, for all Software Components in accordance with Detailed Software Requirements specification, the functional design and the technical design document.
• Verifies the developed source code by reviews (4-eyes principle). Software review findings must be resolved.
• Integrates software components following the integration strategy.
• Verifies integrated software components by unit and integrated software testing according to the software test plan. Software test findings must be resolved.
• Ensures that all code changes end up in Change Items (CIs).
• Develops routines to deploy CIs to the target environments.
• Provides Release Deployments on non Production Management controlled environments.
• Capture Build and Deployment notes, develop Software Product Deployment & Operating Instructions.
• Checks consistency of documents with the respective Software Product Release, reference the Packages to the CMDB and ensure availability of the CIs within the DSL (Definitive Software Library).
• Supports creation of Software Product Training Materials, Software Product User Guides, and Software Product Deployment Instructions.
• Develops Software Product Operating Instructions.
• Checks consistency of documents with the respective Software Product Release.
• Manages maintenance of applications and performs technical change requests scheduled according to Release Management processes.
• Customizes packaged software (i.e., out of the box software).
• Fixes software defects/bugs.
• Measures and analyses code for quality.
• Collaborates with Functional Analysts and technical Specialists to complete work, as required.

General:

• Prepare the Business Requirements document, working closely with the Demand Manager and the relevant BPMs. Ability to analyze the Market Requirement Document along with the BPMs and Demand manager.
• Prepare/Review Solution / Functional requirement specifications, working closely with Delivery manager, Application Owners / Solution Architects in solution requirement & solution maintenance areas.
• Communicate the proposed requirement specifications with all stakeholders including interface partners & GTP to deliver the requirements effectively till the implementation phase within the agreed timeliness & cost.
• Support testing on behalf users, operations and testing teams including reviewing test plan, test cases and test scenarios and when required support testing with interface partners.
• Maintaining a good relationship with the key business representatives identified for each enhancement / project.
• Assesses and identifies mitigation for risks, including those related to high level design, integration, and data quality.
• Conducts design reviews.
• Contributes to the definition of development and SW standards to implement/reflect Deutsche Bank guidelines (naming conventions, encryption, and security settings) and ensures standards are adhered to.
• Ensures architectural changes (as defined by Architects) are implemented.
• Support Application management area (Application Owner and L3 team) for functional area trouble shooting and resolution to reported bugs on the application.
• Contributes to problem and root cause analysis.
• Working closely with developers to resolve functional issues from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in formulating solutions to various functional / technical issues.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (interface partners, GTP, Operations etc.), to ensure the changes are verified after deployment in production.
• Quality check of requirement specifications, high/low level design, test plan e.g. test cases & test scenarios and source code review performed by offshore delivery team.

Your skills and experience

• Skills: ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing), OUAF, Java, J2EE, Apache Camel/FOP, Microservices, Spring boot, Oracle 12.x, Tomcat/Weblogic, Shell Scripting
• Overall IT experience \xe2\x80\x93: 14 year
• Related Experience \xe2\x80\x93: Minimum 7 years in ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing), OUAF
• Hands-on experience in Java and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB RMB.4.X) with proven expertise in functional design & solution of base and customization using the extensibility
• Hands-on experience in different ORMB functions like Customer, Account, Product, Pricing, Payment, Billing, GL/Accounting, Transaction Feed Management etc.
• Experience in Agile based delivery
• Hand-on Experience in UNIX, Oracle and Java
• Hand-on Experience in various communication Protocols (AS2, HTTPS, File Transfer Protocol Secured(FTPS), MQ etc.)
• Ability to write high quality code according to Deutsche Bank standards.
• Ability to solve business or production problems.
