We are looking for a results-driven software tester fresher and (1+ years of experience) to be responsible for designing, running tests on software usability and should be able to visit the client base(delivery and support). The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product. To be successful as a software tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design. Software Tester Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8fReview software requirements and prepare test scenarios. \xe2\x97\x8fExecuting tests on software usability. \xe2\x97\x8fAnalyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability. \xe2\x97\x8fPreparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team. \xe2\x97\x8fInteracting with clients to understand product requirements(including visiting the client\'s base whenever required). \xe2\x97\x8fParticipating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems. Software Tester Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8fA bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field(Preferably male candidate). \xe2\x97\x8fUp-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies. \xe2\x97\x8fUnderstanding of open source projects like ERP, CRM, HRMS, Industry 4.0, etc. \xe2\x97\x8fWorking knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs. \xe2\x97\x8fWorking knowledge of programming. \xe2\x97\x8fExcellent communication and critical thinking skills. \xe2\x97\x8fGood organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
