Your role involves interpreting designs, managing risks, and maintaining excellence throughout.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Project Manager within the luxury furniture or interior design sector
• Proficient in interpreting 2D/3D drawings of loose and fixed furniture across multiple disciplines.
• Strong material knowledge of all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc).
• Exceptional project management skills, including risk assessment and discrepancy identification.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze and comprehend drawings from diverse disciplines, proactively identifying design discrepancies and execution risks.
• Validate and review work orders, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and drawings.
• Develop comprehensive project execution schedules, emphasizing task inter-dependencies.
• Coordinate closely with designers, project executives, and the supervisor team for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and remote monitoring with a strong focus on quality control.
• Provide technical guidance and instructions to the Site Supervisor (Project Executive).
• Update project trackers and summaries, sharing weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams on key initiatives, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and new projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with vendors, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
• Analyze project data to identify performance bottlenecks, proposing and implementing corrective solutions.
• Uphold the brand's commitment to quality, acting as the custodian of a superlative customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
