Project Cum Service Coordinator
Job Description
- Align the team with daily service tasks.
- After completing each job, verify the sites through video calls and with factory owners.
- Update and close all jobs in the system daily, including uploading photos and videos.
- Record and track payments in the system, and follow up as needed.
- Procure and arrange materials for the service team in advance.
- Upload daily videos to social media.
- Promote services by sending WhatsApp messages and other communications.
- Edit photos as needed.
- Share term sheets with customers interested in solar installations.
- Follow up with customers on payments based on job closures. and related work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
