: Project Cost ControllerJob Summary:The Project Cost Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects, specifically within the prefabricated building manufacturing sector. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, monitoring costs, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet project objectives while maintaining financial control and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:Budget Management:Develop and maintain detailed project budgets.Track and manage expenditures to ensure they align with the project budget.Identify and analyze cost variances and take corrective actions as necessary.Cost Monitoring and Reporting:Prepare regular financial reports detailing project costs, variances, and forecasts.Monitor project costs against the budget and provide variance analysis.Generate and present financial reports to project managers and senior management.Forecasting:Prepare cost forecasts and financial projections for ongoing projects.Update and maintain financial forecasts based on actual project performance.Resource Allocation:Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet project goals within the budget.Monitor resource usage and provide recommendations for optimization.Financial Control:Implement and maintain financial controls to prevent cost overruns.Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies and procedures.Contract Management:Review and manage project contracts and agreements.Ensure all financial terms and conditions are adhered to by contractors and suppliers.Risk Management:Identify financial risks related to the project and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk reduction.Collaboration:Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment with project objectives.Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other external parties on financial matters.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation for all projects.Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and accessible for audits and reviews.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial management within the construction or manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems).Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Key Competencies:Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong financial acumen.Ability to analyze complex financial data.Effective communication and presentation skills.Proactive and results-oriented approach.Strong organizational and time management skills.Working Conditions:Office-based with occasional site visits.May require working extended hours to meet project deadlines.Salary:\xe2\x82\xb9 25000- 30000Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per monthBenefits:
