We are looking for a Project Coordinator with expertise in rural development programs. The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in rural community mobilization, with a preference given to those who are familiar with community dynamics at the block level in rural districts for Implementing community development programs & water & Sanitation in rural areas

Eligibility-

Graduation, MSW, MBA

Candidate should have Min. (7 to 10 )Year of Experience in Rural Development, Gram Panchayat, Watershed, Water & Sanitation (WASH) programs, etc.

Roles and Responsibilitiies.

• Responsible for managing all the training related Activities, Boarding, Lodging, Food etc.
• Coordination and Arrangement of Trainer for Providing Training as Per Eligibility Criteria and Norms
• Responsible for end to end Coordination with the Government Officials
• Coordination with Village Water Sanitation Commitee and Gram Panchayat Members and other community development programs.
• Facilitate community mobilization activities and engage with local communities effectively.
• Proven experience in rural development programs and community mobilization.
• Strong understanding of rural community needs and challenges.
• Preferably a resident or someone with work experience at the block level within rural districts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From ?20,000.00 to ?25,000.00 per month
