RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator_Oil and Gas to join its office in Mumbai within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.MissionInspection Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of defined inspection activities on time, within budget, and with quality results. This includes engaging single or a team of inspectors, evaluating and analyzing their performance and planning and managing logistics and delivering reporting to the clients.#LI-KS1Key Accountabilities1. Coordination and Oversight:
- Coordinate all activities and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of inspection.
- Manage personnel located in different customer locations.
2. Quality Management:
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering services that meet or exceed customer quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures for inspections.
3. Cost Optimization:
- Optimize costs associated with inspection activities without compromising quality.
4. Invoicing Accuracy and Timeliness:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for inspection services.
5. Resource Management:
- Select and assign qualified resources for inspection activity execution.
- Provide clear instructions and necessary documentation to on-site teams.
6. Performance Evaluation:
- Evaluate the performance of inspection teams and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
7. Activity Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain schedules for inspection activities to meet requirement .
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed.
8.Reporting:
- Monitor inspection schedule and review report completeness
- Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact the timeline.
- Delivery on time report to the customer.
9. Execution of detailed technical review of deliverables-Inspection reports received from inspectors using standards and ensured they are delivered on time. Shall be accountable for request for Inspections received from clients on phone and email and defining requirements, scope and timelines. Crafted accurate quotations in order to win jobs for inspection. Offered and structured RFP/RFQ as a part of contracting office. Managed new requests, service requests, Internal Purchase Orders, activities.Scheduled and manage inspection operations involving freelance and contract inspectors Generated PowerPoint presentations for updates and trainings.Coordinated with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to schedule and manage inspections.Assessed accounting data and predicted trends for future billing. Handled invoices and receipts received from inspector. Involved in scheduled meetings and took down minutes of meeting. Maintained client quality requirements..EducationHigh School Diploma/GED in Mechanical StudiesBachelor\'s Degree in Engineering GeneralQualifications5-7 years of experience in field service management, project coordination, preferably in industries related to inspection services .
Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple inspection projects simultaneously.Previous direct experience in inspection activities and quality control processes is highly beneficial.Competencies
