We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator with expertise in AutoCAD and a proven track record in the railway industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering results within set timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination : Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing railway-related projects.
• AutoCAD Design Support : Create, modify, and review detailed drawings, schematics, and technical documents using AutoCAD.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure designs and project deliverables comply with railway industry standards and safety regulations.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks in project workflows and propose mitigation strategies.
• Technical Guidance : Provide technical input and support to team members and stakeholders regarding AutoCAD designs and railway-specific requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• AutoCAD Expertise : Proficient in creating and interpreting 2D/3D designs, L-Section, Cross-Section, etc.
• Railway Experience : Hands-on experience working on railway infrastructure or related projects.
• Project Management Skills : Familiarity with project coordination tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, MS Office).
• Global Mapper, Topographical Survey.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of railway-specific design standards (Network Rail Standards).
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
