Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget

-Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management

-Ensure the alignment of project deliverables with company objectives and customer requirements

-Communicate project status and risk to stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management

-Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members

-Identify and manage project risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues

-Ensure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all stakeholders

Requirements:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

-At least 1-2 years of experience in technical project management in a software development environment

-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

-Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

-Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
