Join us!Primary Purpose of Job:Entry level position, assigned for Document Control and Project Management administrative support. Under appropriate supervision, perform routine project document control assignments according to training, capability and experience. In addition, perform duties as & when assigned.Key Accountabilities:Report and document production, management and coordinationEnsuring quality control and assurance per Stantecxe2x80x99s policies.Support Project Managers by handling record keeping, filing and archiving.Other project coordination and administrative support duties as requiredTransfers project files as required between office serversWillingness to learn and adapt new tools and system/processes.Willingness to work late evening or early morning hours to enable collaboration with project managers located throughout the globe.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or related degreeNo professional experience required.Experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering and cost control pertaining to engineering and construction activities will be an added advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
