Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee project execution: Monitor the day-to-day progress of crane manufacturing projects and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.

? Follow-up on project tasks: Regularly communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to track progress and address issues.

? Procurement coordination: Follow up on material procurement to ensure the timely availability of required resources.

? Purchase requisition: Track and ensure the timely raising of purchase requisitions to avoid delays in material availability.

? Data calculation: Collect and manage data on manpower and resource utilization across projects, providing regular reports to the director.

? Communication and reporting: Maintain regular updates on project progress and communicate effectively with team members and director.

? Resource allocation: Assist in the allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize project delivery.

? Risk management: Identify potential risks and delays in the project lifecycle and work with the project team to mitigate them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
