Job Title: Field Project Coordinator

Reports to: Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Field Project Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of project activities at the field level. This includes coordinating resources, schedules, and logistics to ensure the timely execution of project tasks. The Field Project Coordinator will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and local partners to ensure all aspects of the project are carried out according to plan and in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate field-based project activities, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field staff, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and assist in identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
• Resource Management:
• Ensure the efficient allocation and use of project resources (equipment, personnel, materials) in the field.
• Track project resources and supplies, ensuring their availability as needed for successful project delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Logistics and Scheduling:
• Coordinate the logistical aspects of fieldwork, including transportation, accommodations, and site access.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Work with the Project Manager to adjust schedules and resources as needed.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Collect and organize project data and progress reports from the field, ensuring timely submission to senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing regular progress reports and other documentation for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders, including field staff, local partners, and external vendors.
• Address and resolve any field-level concerns or issues, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
• Participate in meetings and briefings with the project team and other stakeholders.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure that all field activities comply with safety regulations, local laws, and organizational policies.
• Promote a safe working environment for all field staff and partners, addressing any safety issues that may arise.
• Monitor adherence to project guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• At least 1 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a field-based role.
• Experience in managing logistics, resources, and schedules for field operations.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel frequently to field sites, if required.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to fieldwork.
Additional Information:
• This position requires a hands-on, proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The Field Project Coordinator must have a strong understanding of field operations, project management principles, and effective communication practices to ensure project success.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?48,982.74 per month
