Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the erection phase of various construction, mechanical, or industrial projects. The Project Coordinator will support the execution team in ensuring that all erection activities are performed on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The role involves regular coordination with different stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth communication between field staff, vendors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and erection teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking deadlines for the erection and installation phases.

Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower for the erection process.

Maintain records of all project activities, including drawings, progress reports, and safety documentation

Track the progress of the erection works on-site, ensuring adherence to the planned schedule.

Ensure erection activities comply with safety standards, quality specifications, and client requirements.

Address and resolve any issues or delays in the erection process, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Previous experience in construction, engineering, or erection coordination, ideally in industrial or mechanical sectors.

Strong knowledge of erection processes, equipment, and safety standards.
