Experience- 5+Years as Factory/Production/Technical Manager

Language Preferred: English & Tamil ( Verbal & Written Compulsory), Hindi ( Will be added benefit)

Skills: Sheet ( Advanced), Forms (Advanced), Word ( Advanced), Email & good Computer Knowledge

Over see the Technical Support team :
Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of LED video walls.

Oversee the Installation and Setup of LED video walls according to specifications and technical drawings. Coordinate with the Assembly head Configure and set up LED displays, ensuring proper alignment, color balance, and functionality.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance tests after installations and repairs to ensure adherence to standards and client satisfaction.
Perform thorough checks to validate proper functioning of all display features, including resolution, brightness, and color consistency.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Generate reports on service visits, including problem descriptions, actions taken, and recommendations for improvements.

Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
Provide training to clients on basic operation and maintenance of LED video walls.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Communicate feedback from the field to the relevant departments to facilitate product improvements and updates.
