Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules. Coordinate project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Assist in resource planning and allocation.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between project team members and stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members. Ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, tasks, and status updates.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare and distribute project status reports, including tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Assist in preparing presentations and project briefs for stakeholders.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and issues. Assist in developing risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies. Monitor and report on project risks and issues.

Quality Control:

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards. Assist in conducting quality assurance checks and reviews.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

Skills:

Computer Skills : MS Office ( Word , Excel) Typing Mandatory

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
