- Project Coordinator for a CBSE affiliated school
Overview:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing project activities related to school to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They serve as a point of communication between Principal and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning and Support for the school:
o Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in the school.
o Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, task lists, and reports.
2. Coordination and Communication:
o Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
o Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
3. Monitoring Progress:
o Track progress of the school against objectives, deadlines, and milestones.
o Identify potential issues or risks and escalate them to the Principal and management.
o Coordinate for marketing activities related to school for students admission etc. - Track project progress against objectives, deadlines, and milestones.
4. Resource Management:
o Coordinate allocation of resources, equipment, and materials needed for projects.
o Maintain inventory and track usage of project-related assets.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders.
o Ensure all project documents are properly stored and accessible.
6. Administrative Tasks:
o Manage project-related correspondence and records.
o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
7. Manage and coordinate for school management with the Principal and work in close coordination with the Principal and management

Qualifications
• Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role; preferably in a school

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
