Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Job Responsibility
Responsibilities:
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project updates, timelines, and any potential roadblocks.
• Project Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing project tasks and deliverables based on client needs, business objectives, and resource availability.
• Task Assignment and Coordination: Assign tasks to appropriate team members, monitor progress, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Meeting Management: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, distribute meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes. Generate regular project status reports for management and clients.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders, and assist in developing and implementing solutions.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of project coordination processes and best practices.
• Coordination with Management: Provide regular updates to management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
