Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Conduct regular updates and reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Delivery Management:
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, plans, and post-project reviews.
• Generate reports and dashboards for project status, risks, and achievements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
? Strong leadership and team management abilities.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA).
? Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Knowledge of government project frameworks, compliance standards, and procurement processes (good to have).
? Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Educational Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
? PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (good to have).
Preferred Experience:
? 5-10 years of experience in project delivery
? Experience in large-scale implementations with public sector organizations is a plus.
