• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to assist in managing the delivery of solar projects on time, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments, vendors, and onsite teams. This role will report directly to the Project Head and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: o Project Coordination: Assist the Project Head in the overall coordination of solar projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery by managing inter-departmental communication and coordination with external vendors and site teams. o Vendor & Site Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the office, multiple vendors, and the site teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations during project execution. o Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, including suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and the site crew. o Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any delays by coordinating necessary actions to keep the project on schedule. o Resource Allocation: Support the Project Head in managing manpower, equipment, and material resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. o Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams to implement appropriate mitigation strategies. o Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for the Project Head, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and any required support from senior management. o Quality Assurance: Work with site teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards, complying with industry regulations and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: o Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field preferred. o Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry. o Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage various departments, vendors, and teams effectively. o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. o Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle project challenges under pressure. o Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software to track progress and manage project tasks effectively.
