WE ARE HIRING A PROJECT COORDINATOR!!!!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with different departments to align project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare operational expenditure (OPEX) reports with a focus on chemical consumption.
- Monitor and manage the budget for chemical usage in projects.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and obtain quotations from vendors.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and assist in vendor selection
- Maintain and organize project documentation.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Organize meetings with officials, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with KIADB/PMC for site visits and project-related activities.
- Report project status and progress to senior management.
- Act as the technical head for ensuring the quality and quantity of work meet project standards.
- Carry out daily procurement coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Be open for site visits whenever necessary to oversee project progress and address any issues.
Qualifications:
-Min 1 year of Prior experience in project coordination for water or waste water projects is a must
- B. Tech/ M. Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
