Responsible for design management and coordination during the design, pre construction and construction phases of designated Projects(s).3. Buildability - provide advice to consultants.4. Define design responsibilities for consultants and specialist contractors.5. Approvals - Define procedure and dates.6. Appoint consultants - Prepare RFPs, evaluate consultants and award.7. Design development - establish progress.8. Design review - ensure regular reviews are held with the consultants.9. Budgets - define format of design information for cost appraisal exercises.10. Value engineering - identify elements of the design suitable for VE studies.QualificationsB Arch / BE CivilAdditional Information1.
