Should have the ability to effectively communicate with the project team, internal management to gather the required informationYou are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Overall 1+ years of experience in the project BA or a PMO role
• Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI or any other analytical tool
• desirable in the eCommerce domain
• Agile development processes using Scrum or equivalent
• Knowledge of the service-now tool

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project managers and understand the business
• Generate reports related to project work like burn-down and burn-up chart
• Generate project feedback report to present to internal management
• Work with project manager on monthly and quarterly report
• Work closely with the team on team-building activities
• Generate monthly invoices and submit them to the customer
• Work on the service-now tool and pull out all the required details
