Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our PEB projects. From planning to delivery, you'll coordinate with multiple teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between clients, design, production, and site teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily project activities and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Address on-site challenges and provide solutions in collaboration with site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at every stage of the project.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in project coordination, preferably in the PEB or steel fabrication industry.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Tools: Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Location Preference: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
