Job description
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented project coordinator with strong Excel skills to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our loyalty program. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the program, handling member queries, managing the helpdesk, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives. A primary responsibility will be leveraging Excel to track, manage, and report on program metrics, budgets, and key activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the loyalty program activities according to the project plan, using Excel for tracking milestones and progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the program's helpdesk , ensuring timely responses and resolutions to member concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, operations, and IT) and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
• Prepare regular status reports, documentation, and presentations on program progress, key metrics, and performance, with an emphasis on using Excel to compile and analyze data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of program enhancements and process improvements, leveraging Excel to identify areas for optimization and track improvements.
• Track and manage program budgets, expenses, and resource allocation using Excel to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role would be a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills are a must, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems and helpdesk software is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
