Job Description

•Job Summary:•

The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring that project deliverables are on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

•Key Responsibilities:•

1. •Project Planning and Scheduling:•

- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.

- Coordinate project activities and tasks.

- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

2. •Communication and Reporting:•

- Serve as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.

- Prepare and distribute project updates, status reports, and meeting minutes.

- Facilitate effective communication within the project team.

3. •Resource Management:•

- Coordinate the allocation of resources and materials.

- Track project expenses and assist in budget management.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of project materials.

4. •Risk and Issue Management:•

- Identify potential project risks and issues.

- Assist in the development of mitigation plans.

- Track and report on risk and issue status.

5. •Quality Assurance:•

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of project processes and outputs.

•Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

•Preferred Skills:•

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

- Experience with budgeting and financial management.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,380.32 - ?37,466.68 per month
