Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

PPW creation:

• Populate and manage all aspects of the Independent Contractors Agreements (ICA), Statement of Works (SOW), and other necessary documents (W-9\'s, author update form, disclosures for peer reviewers, etc.) for all external content-development resources (physicians, medical writers, etc.) involved in our programs
• Create agreements using approved template
• Send contracts to faculty via DocuSign
• Save signed copies to faculty folder
• Follow up with faculty so that contracts are received in a timeline manner
• Update Workfront task status and reports

• Update Workfront task status
• Create faculty record in database (currently in salesforce; will move to WF)

• Manage all aspects of payment processing (payment setup and approvals) for all external content-development resources using the payment processing and expense tracking system, Worksuite
• Create writer and physician service requests and act as a proxy for payments
• Create a Worksuite project -> create task (when PPW is received) ->
• Process payments
• Go back into Worksuite task to add the invoice (once payment is due after work is complete, i.e. Event taping, faculty call for text-based activity)
• Escalate outstanding contracts to US contract
• Manage partner invoices in Concur
• Manage outcomes invoices in Concur
• Update Workfront task status
