:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong background in Shopify app or theme development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the development and implementation of Shopify apps or themes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and efficient coordination between cross-functional teams. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, and will play a key role in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to Shopify-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the development and launch of Shopify apps or themes, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop, monitor, and update project timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the main communication bridge between internal teams and external clients or stakeholders.
• Assist in the identification and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents, and progress reports.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
• Review and ensure the quality of deliverables, ensuring they align with project requirements.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and manage the project budget effectively.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of any project-related challenges that arise during development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for Shopify app/theme development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Shopify apps or Shopify themes .
• Strong project management experience, with a background in coordinating development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A technical understanding of Shopify's architecture, Liquid (Shopify's templating language), and relevant web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Management role.
• Knowledge of Shopify's API and integration capabilities is a plus.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
