Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure successful project execution.

Coordination and Communication:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progression.

Resource Management:

Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives efficiently.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Documentation and Reporting

: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.

Budget Management:

Monitor project expenditures, prepare cost estimates, and ensure financial objectives are achieved. Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
