Job Description

Title : Project Co-ordinator;

Location : Near Katraj; Reporting to :

Projects Head; Experience : 2+ years

Qualification : Diploma/Degree Civil Engg.

A. Related to RERA a. New Project RERA Registration, Quarterly portal updation, project date extension, etc- Co-ordination with RERA Consultant and providing them all required documents by interacting with our internal & external teams such as Engineering, Architect, Sales, Accounts and Legal. Ensuring task is over within the time frame. b. Regular visiting to portal and checking any compliances and updating the same. c. Keeping track of changes, updates about the RERA - Regular ineract with RERA Consultant and other sources d. Maintaining fortnightly updated report of compliances of each project.

B. Related to MPCB compliances a. Initiation to Consent to Establish- For the new project once we receive fresh EC or amended EC, mandetary before initiation of work at site- Co-ordination with EC Consultant and providing them all required documents by interacting with our internal & external teams such as Engineering, Architect and Accounts. Ensuring task is over within the time frame. b. Initiation to Consent to Operate- Mainly mandetoary for Building completion- After completion of RCC work of building & services completion such as STP, UGWT, etc.- Co-ordination with EC Consultant and providing them all required documents by interacting with our internal & external teams such as Engineering, Architect and Accounts. Ensuring task is over within the time frame. c. Six monthly compliance report submission (1st week of January and August)- Co-ordination with EC Consultant and providing them data by interacting with our Engineering team. Ensuring task is over within the time frame. d. Regular visiting to portal and checking any compliances and updating the same. e. Maintaining fortnightly updated report of compliances of each project in terms validity of Consent to establish & operate as well as Bank Gurantees.

C. Related to Building completion / plinth check documentation a. Co-ordination with Architect & other consultants (Fire fighting- for provisional & final fire NOC, RCC consultant- for structural stability certificate, Plumbing consultant- water & drainage NOC and others) and providing them all required documents. Ensuring task is over within the time frame. b. Ensuring latest 7/12 extract, No due tax certificate are available.
