Designation - Project Co-Ordinator

Experience - 7 to 10 yrs

Location - Baner , Pune

Responsibilities -

• Reports to Project Manager and assists him in meeting organization objectives
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders,including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist in coordinating resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and ensure timely delivery
• Assist in evaluating and managing changes to project scope, schedule,and budget, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed
• Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries,concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Collates and forwards data as and when required
• Prepare, Daily, Weekly, monthly reports for management
• Project planning and monitoring In line with approved AOP
• Project Management skills to handle multi-disciplinary EPC and mostly have the experience in Chemical/Gas/Petrochemical industry.
• Ensure that all works are in accordance with contract specifications
• Follow up of payment with client till its realization
• Visit Sites & clients as per business requirements
• Be a good team player, proactive, performance oriented, and quick decision maker to finish the entrusted work

Skills

• Good and fluent Communication with brilliant presentation skills
• Good with basic engineering unit and its conversions,
• Ready to travel, Flexible, Strategic thinking, analytical skills,
• Should be able to understand engineering drawings (PFD/P&ID etc.)

Qualifications -

• BE / B. Tech - Chemical with 7 to 10 years experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
