Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan and execute project activities in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Coordinate with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports.
• Supervise and guide field staff and volunteers.
• Organise training sessions and awareness programmes for the community.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities.
• Ensure adherence to organisational and donor policies.
• Travel extensively within the project area as required
Qualification and Experience
• Master's in Public Health (MPH) or Master's in Social Work (MSW).
• 2-4 years of experience in implementing and managing NGO projects, particularly in rural or semi-urban areas.
