  • Project Coordination:
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources efficiently.
  • Oversee all project phases from initiation to closure.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communication and Documentation:
  • Draft, format, and modify legal documents with precision.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Financial Management:
  • Understand and manage the financial aspects of projects.
  • Ensure project budgets are adhered to and financial objectives are met.
  • Analyze financial data to inform project decisions.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency:
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage project tasks.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings with internal teams and external clients.
  • Ensure all meetings are productive, with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
  • Follow up on meeting decisions and action items.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
RequirementsRequirements:Education:MBA in Finance and Marketing.Experience:Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of financials and marketing. Proven experience in managing international clients and coordinating complex projects, Understanding of Financial parameters, Business Jargons and Feasibility study.Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to draft, format, and modify legal documents accurately.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • High level of integrity and effectiveness in managing project finances.
