Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Coordinator

to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and suggesting solutions Maintain documentation, including project charters, status reports, and communication plans Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure task completion Support the project manager in resource allocation and workload tracking Manage project-related inquiries and serve as a liaison among stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira) for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Diploma in EC, or a related field 0-1 year of experience in a project coordination or support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
