Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer to join our team. This role will primarily involve office work, where the candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and maintaining communication between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project activities and ensure the smooth execution of tasks by collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other teams.
• Site Management Support: Oversee and monitor site activities remotely, ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and meeting notes. Ensure all necessary documents are up to date and accessible to the team.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between the project team, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Maintain clear communication and ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals.
• Schedule Management: Help manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project coordination phase and work with the team to find solutions.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the quality standards and specifications outlined in the project plan.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Other) or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• Previous experience in construction or engineering projects is a plus.
