Job description

A Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting project teams, ensuring effective communication, organization, and timely completion of tasks. They help bridge communication between departments, track project progress, manage documentation, and assist with resource allocation.

Serve as a point of contact between project stakeholders, contractors, vendors, Committees, and clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, tracking project timelines, and ensuring that project is completed on time and within budget.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize complete project documentation that includes apartment client files, key management, collection files, payment files, contractor's files, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Schedule Coordination: Prepare weekly progress updates & reports, and facilitate meetings to discuss project status and updates, recording minutes of meetings
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, escalating to Core committee as necessary.
• Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project expenses and budget compliance, preparing financial reports as needed.
• Follow-up with members for the collection of dues and informing of the developments collected from On-site team (construction) and CA office (finance).
• Liaise with CA office on daily basis for updating the financial position of the Association to concerned members.
• Supervise the team members in carrying out all administration and accounting jobs, ensure daily updates and file keeping is completed. Other office jobs which are incidental or ancillary to the above.



• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering is added benefits
