Job Requirements
• Employee data management : MIS tracker, New joiner details, CSAT Excel, Exit report, Award Nomination tracker only.
• Onboarding and KTs : On Timesheet, Leaves, Mandatory trainings updates and follow ups.
• Employee engagement : Connect employees for Laptops, ID & Access cards, Any queries regarding the same, Scheduling monthly/weekly meeting with onsite engineers.
• Timesheet management: Getting the month approved timesheets of all the employees, following up for weekly timesheet submissions.
• Vendor management : Connecting with vendors for getting profiles for the required for the requirements,
• Exit formalities and CPD movement : Connecting and educating employees regarding the exit and CPD formalities collecting the required data for the same.
