Project Coordinator Intern
Candidate : Female Only
Qualification : BCA / B.TECH / BA / BBA
Working mode : Office only
Internship period : 3 months
Opportunity to be a permanent member of AMY family based on the performance during internship.
Role: Engage with customers, handle operational queries, and provide them functional support.
Responsibilities :
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism.
• Prior experience in customer service is plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Preparation of the User manuals
• Understanding the customer requirement
• Coordination with backend development team as per the client requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From ?5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
Experience:
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
