Job Title: Project Manager/Coordinator - Hospital Information System ImplementationLocation: ChennaiDepartment: Project Management officeReports to: Project DirectorPosition Type: Full-TimeNo. of Position open: 1Requirement: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate project risks.- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.Team Leadership and Coordination:- Lead project teams and foster a collaborative working environment.- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, andprogress.- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expecteddeliverables.Communication and Reporting:- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including customers and thirdparties/vendors.- Communicate effectively with the Client Project team, ensuring that project requirements are understood and met.- Deliver regular project updates to the Projects Director.Qualifications:Education and Experience:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relatedfield.- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in HIS implementation or similarhealthcare IT projects.Skills and Competencies:- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.- Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and HIS functionalities.- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working Conditions:- Ability to travel as required to client sites.- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines.Interested candidates contact HR kinnera259@gmail.comRegards,HR Manager
