Project Coordinator

Job Description

1. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Facilitate communication among team members and ensure everyone is aware of project objectives, milestones, and deadlines. Schedule and lead regular project meetings, documenting minutes and action items.

3. Coordinate and allocate resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, materials) as needed for project execution. Monitor resource availability and utilization to optimize efficiency and productivity.

4. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

5. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct quality reviews and inspections as required throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Manage change requests and scope changes, assessing their impact on project timelines and resources. Ensure changes are documented, communicated, and approved by relevant stakeholders.

7. Provide guidance and support to project team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
